The UMRLAC and its Upper Merrimack Monitoring Program are always interested in speaking with individuals who are interested in becoming committee members. If you are a resident or business in Boscawen, Bow, Canterbury, Concord, Franklin, or Northfield and are interested in becoming a representative, please contact Michele L. Please click here for the nomination form that you and your city or town completes and submits to the NH Department of Environmental Services.
